I have done so many fad and crash diets over my life that never stuck. I had resigned myself to being a bigger girl for the rest of my days.
That is, until my quality of life had diminished, and I could barely do my job as an ICU nurse. At work, I was slower to respond to patients and easily fatigued.
I found Simon's insta some months back, and had renewed hope that maybe I could lose weight like he did. Maybe I could retake control of my life. I took a leap of faith with the 90 Day Challenge, and while it was hard, it was absolutely worth doing.
So far, I've lost 30 pounds, and I don't plan on stopping there. The new habits I've picked up will stay with me throughout this now life-long process and I am forever grateful to Goliath for making that happen.

Losing weight is hard work. To make it more difficult, there is an overwhelming amount of conflicting information about what you should and shouldn’t do to lose weight.
As someone who has been overweight for most of his life, I had no confidence in my ability to make a change and stick to it. I’ve always been fat, uncoordinated, unathletic, and, frankly, lazy. The idea of walking into a gym terrified me. However, being diagnosed with diabetes meant something had to change.
The 90 Day Challenge took the guesswork out of what I should be doing in the kitchen and in the gym. The meal plan told me exactly what I should be eating and how much. I feel like my diet is finally balanced and that I’m getting everything I need from food. The workouts feel comprehensive and challenging without being overwhelming, and the daily workout videos ensure that I know exactly what every exercise is and how it should look. That gives me, a total noob in the gym, the confidence to walk through the door and get to work.
As of day 83 of the challenge, I’m down 45 pounds, and I’m not done. This challenge has given me the skills and confidence I need to keep moving forward and accomplish my goals

During the challenge I had knee surgery which put me out of the gym for some time. Despite the setback, I powered through the recovery and stayed committed to my goals and the challenge.
The support and encouragement from Simon and the group was exactly what I needed to stay on track, especially with my nutrition.
By the end of the challenge, I had shed 27 lbs and lost my victim mentality. If I can do it, anyone can – knee surgery and all! This challenge is a game-changer!

I will say, I am thankful for this challenge.
It got me off my ass. I started off strong and was going 4-5 days a week and as ya know "life" gets in the way now im lucky to go 2.
Regardless, I know I'm down in weight because ALL my clothes are loose... so loose every weekend I'm out buying new clothes.

There will be templated meal plans to fit for a variety of starting weights. The most important piece will be the lesson to reading your body and its reactions to foods to know when to add, or subtract.

Everyday, a video will be posted explaining the workouts to be done and how to execute them proprely!

The community is Held on discord!
Discord is a platform that allows us to host videos, Group calls and private chats seamlessly.
You will get your invite to the channel when you purchase the program!

Although these are not individual plans, ill give as much time as humanly possible to answer the questions in the group, and make sure everyone is taken care of!

The workouts and videos provided will be geared towards people with access to a Gym. You can take the videos and translate them if you want to home workouts, but know that I will be of limited help there!

I’m not some random influencer that wants to create a mass weight loss program and not see it through. I want a high batting average of large transformation so that people can get control of their lives back to feel just like i do now every single day.
