I made a SINGLE promise when I started creating content and products. and that promise was that I would NEVER, and I mean NEVER, promote a product that I was not 100% sure was effective.

I personally am no nutritionist, and so I teamed up with one of the the coaches that helped me achieve my own transformation to help craft the most individualized results possible.
